Formed in the groovy ‘70s, The Doobie Brothers are a Californian rock band celebrated for their eclectic mix of genres and talented vocal harmonies. Over the years, the quartet have evolved from boogie rockers with a love for mellow good vibes into a seriously smooth blue-eyed soul outfit. Active for five incredible decades, the group is made up of founding members Tom Johnston (guitars, vocals) and Patrick Simmons (guitars, vocals), alongside John McFee (guitars, pedal steel, violin, backing vocals), and Michael McDonald (keyboards, vocals). Michael McDonald is the lovable husky-voiced musician who wrote and sang smash hits "Takin' It to the Streets," "It Keeps You Runnin'," and "Minute by Minute," as well as "What a Fool Believes." Imagine seeing these groovy tunes live! The band is joined by touring musicians, including John Cowan on bass and vocals, saxophonist Marc Russo, drummer Ed Toth, and percussionist Marc Quiñones.

From the rambling "Black Water" to the funky "What a Fool Believes," you can expect The Doobie Brothers to deliver a number of Billboard chart-topping tracks. This unforgettable night will showcase all the classic rock perennials. Imagine dancing to "Listen to the Music," "Long Train Runnin'," and "China Grove" at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. Now, that’s a vibe!

The Doobie Brothers will be joined by Special Guest Steve Winwood. He’s the legend behind “Valerie” and “Higher Love.” Rising to fame in the ‘80s, the former teen R&B shouter has also had a long and varied career. From polished blue-eyed soul-pop right through to jazz, psychedelia, blues-rock, and progressive rock, Steve Winwood is a cool, upscale mainstay of adult contemporary radio. He promises to bring his powerful voice and first class keyboard skills to the stage. He’s no stranger to working with industry heavyweights like the The Doobie Brothers. Over the years, he’s worked with icons like the legendary Eric Clapton.
